TERMS OF ADVISEMENT SERVICES:

No Refunds After Purchase is Made: Once you purchase an advisement service, various team members will begin preparing internally and will also begin conducting research in regards to the service. As such, we will not be able to refund any advisement service purchase under any circumstances, once the purchase has been made.

Advisement Services that Allow Art Storefronts to Publicly Post the Content Produced in the Advisement: If you decide to purchase an advisement service with the option to allow us to publicly post the video and/or other content we created in regards the advisement, this means that Art Storefronts will retains full ownership rights over said content in consideration of the discount we are providing for the service. If we decide to do so, we may decide to publish the content at a future date on our blog, in our forum, on Facebook, or anywhere else we see fit and for any purpose we wish. When you purchase an advisement service, Art Storefronts will choose any team member(s) they see fit to perform the service at the sole discretion of Art Storefronts.

No Guarantees in Regards to Performance: While our advisement services leverage the many combined years of experience our team has in terms of art marketing and art e-Commerce, please keep in mind that we are not providing any guarantees whatsoever in terms of the results you will achieve after implementing our advice. This includes, but is not limited to, your search engine rankings, traffic count, conversion rates, sales, and retention rates. We are simply charging you for our time. What advice you to implement, and whether or not you implement any advice we provide, is at your sole discretion. It is not mandatory to implement any of the advice we provide. We also cannot be held responsible for any performance issues, whether positive or negative, that result from the advisement services we provide.

Follow Up Communication: Each advisement service includes only what is described in the service. Unless specified, it does not include follow-up calls, emails, or any other communication from Art Storefronts team members. If follow-up communication is included, you must schedule this within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you would like additional communication with an Art Storefronts team member, you will need to locate and purchase an advisement service that suits your need.
